Cycfitness has a great method to move your entire body!

It's definitely something beyond biking! They have an amazing charity program which they emphasize for you to "Ride for Change".
For every mile you ride, they donate a portion to The Challenged Athletes Foundation.
They also hold private charity rides and pop-up ‘Cyc-ling’ rides - like one that happened at the Gramercy Park Hotel's Roof Top ride!
