Located between Prince St. and Spring St. at 220 Bowery, Pearl and Ash is known for it's mix of luxury and simplicity (food wise and decor wise)…and definitely their love for wine!

Well, the a-m-a-z-i-n-g wine list was put together by Patrick Cappiello and their dishes, by Chef Richard Kuo, are make for sharing.
I'm the type of person that loves tasting everything on the menu, so this is my type of restaurant - yes, yes…not forgetting to pair the tasty dishes with the wine, please!
A few you should try are: hanger tartare with egg, cocoa and melba, the octopus with sunflower seed and shiso is special, the cod, the quail, the mussels...well, they are all quite something!
For dessert? Ahhh…the negroni ice cream sandwich!
