St. Anselm (cuisine: American Traditional, Steakhouse), first opened in 2010, in Williamsburg, Brooklyn, and closed a while after to be reinvented as a neighborhood's place, with a cozy, charming place to go for simple cooking.
With a rock'n'roll soundtrack in the back, you can order a few of the top dishes by Chef Yvon de Tassigny: grilled sardines, iceberg salad, grilled eggplants, grilled steaks, pork chop, lamb saddle, mackerel, scallops, grilled potatoes, long beans, shishito peppers.
As we said above, they have a great menu for the meat eaters. If you're Vegetarian or Vegan, options are limited, so be prepared.
