The Wayfarer NYC, an artisanal American seafood and steak cuisine restaurant located in the heart of midtown, crafted by chef Braden Reardon, is one of the must-see (or better yet, "must-taste") in the city!
Two of the amazing dishes are: Oysters Tempura with Cilantro and a Chili Dipping Sauce and the Braised Berkshire Bacon glazed with maple syrup and Xeres vinegar.
The menu is complimented by custom cocktails created by award-winning mixologist Christian Sanders of Evelyn Drinkery.
They also serve a delicious breakfast…a great way to start the day!
The location can be a bit touristy, but you'll definitely find a great, beautiful, local crowd there!
