Fhitting Room: Helping You Stay Fit During Winter

We all know that we get a bit lazy to exercise during NYC’s winter time, but I tried out a while ago a high intensive training class at the Fhitting Room. I was very curious about it and simply loved! It will definitely keep you sexy and fit during winter.

This class is perfect not only during summer time, but winter too!

I enjoy smaller boutique fitness studios to work out and the Fhitting Room really impressed me with their technique, space, quality and beautiful crowd.

I mean, I’m definitely not the type that socialized during exercise and if I’m not sweating my brains out, there’s something wrong.

Well, at the Fhitting Room sweating was definitely not a hard task to fulfill.

Their high intensity training classes, with a notably smaller group of people compared to other gyms, lasts 50 minutes and really makes you sweat. A lot! Each class has 2 trainers, 10-24 people and a mix’n’match of exercises that will kill all the fat you want to get rid of.

The circuit is a combination of functional movements, strength exercises, high intensity intervals, total body focus and highly varied exercises.

Their intro offer is quite interesting: $35 with a 2nd class free!

They have 3 addresses in the NYC, so you’ll surely find one close to you!

According to Vogue they are “One of the country’s Best Body-Sculpting Workouts”!
