Take a look at his Top 5 Favorite spots in New York:
St. Mazie Bar & Supper Club (@StMazie): This is a great place if you enjoy live music, oysters (yum!) and cocktails. It’s a great place for brunch over the weekends.
“My current and absolute favorite spot in all of NY. The best live music, every night, good food, and a cozy atmosphere. Take a date or take some friends and sit back, relax, and enjoy!"
Location: 345 Grand Street
Apothéke (@Apotheke): This is one of the top speakeasies bars in town and it’s hidden behind a door in a silent street. They have great live music a few times a week, with a very cool crowd and beautiful energy. The bar is amazing and replicated a old chemistry lab.
"Probably my first favorite spot in NY and one of the classics, Apothéke always has great drinks and amazing ambiance. Top notch live music as well, but make sure you get there early if you want some quality couch space."
Location: 9 Doyers Street
Boat Basin Café (@BoatBasinCafeNY): Before starting to work with Real Estate, Christine O’Neal was into the restaurant business and opened Boat Basin Café. It’s a very casual outdoor restaurant, perfect for the Spring and Summer time in NYC.
"Along the river in the Upper West Side (UWS), Boat Basin is a perfect summer hang, in the evening or during the day. They have a restaurant along the river, with sunset views and access to Riverside park for a post-drink stroll."
Location: West 79th Street on the Hudson River
Wild Williamsburg (@eatdrinkwild): Miki Agrawal decided to found in 2006 Wild Williamsburg because he was tired of suffering with stomach pains due to his intolerance for additives and hormones used on food. The pizzas are organic, with gluten-free flours and tomato sauces, hormone-free cheeses and meats!
"This place is just perfect. The food is delicious, the vibe is on point, and there is always an amazing crowd having fun in the back! Also happens to be veggie-focused and gluten free!"
Location: 340 Bedford Avenue and 535 Hudson Street
Bushwick Inlet Soccer Park (@BushwickInletPark): This is for the guys! Sometimes it can be pretty hard to find outdoor space in New York for a games with friends. Girls, go there support your loved one!
"This public park, in Williamsburg along the water, is home to a top secret island that only surfaces during low-tide. One time, years back, we snuck in at night and painted the concrete beams that make up the island different neon colors. It became a staple hang spot for my friends and I --- and definitely a great place to relax or take a date!"
Location: Between North 9th and North 10th Streets along Kent Avenue
