Located at 189 Spring Street and launched in November 2011, the amazing Dominique Ansel Bakery was awarded just a few months later the "Best New Bakery of 2012" by the Time Out"!
In 2013, he was named one of Business Insider’s “Most Innovative people Under 40” and after that received numerous other awards! The signature sweets are the cakes and tastes…hard to choose from!
Other amazing items are the macarons, the homemade granola, the miniature meringues and many more! You can order online and, oh, Chef Ansel’s first cookbook "DOMINIQUE ANSEL: The Secret Recipes" (working title) published by Simon & Schuster will be released in October of 2014.
