One of the beauties in New York is the possibility of experimenting countless different exercise modalities. You will be able to try everything, from the traditional yoga classes, to more new age stuff.

One of the hottest class in New York City is called The Class with TT.

After working for years at Ralph Lauren, Taryn Toomey (a.k.a. TT), decided to focus on her passion for movement and music.

So, Taryn has developed several different class style that unites different objectives, making it appealing for different audiences.

The Class is a 65 or 75-minute cathartic movement experience. Through simple, repetitive calisthenics and plyometrics, participants challenge the body to engage the mind. With guided instruction and carefully curated music, this class invites students to witness their resistance to discomfort.

The result is an expansive, heart-opening, body-strengthening release.  This class will challenge and enlighten you all while building an incredibly strong, lean, resilient body.

Furthermore, there are no weights, no props, it is just you and your body. It’s a definite good addiction.

There are also the other variations like:

  • The Class Cardio – a 45-minute non-stop endorphin surge
  • Community Class – a donation-based offering that supports Niños Del Sol
  • Class + Restore – a refreshing movement experience
  • The Class Relieve – a 20-minute, no-sweat option for those who want to efficiently clear the mind and flush heaviness from the body
  • and still The Digital Studio – Twice a day, seven days a week you can now experience live Classes from your home, your office, or anywhere else

Here is the New York schedule with location and hours.

And, if you’re NOT based in New York, good news! They also have The Class by Taryn Toomey and the other variations in Los Angeles and Vancouver! During Summer, you can find them at The Hamptons, as well!

And still, Taryn has created a beautiful line of hand-crafted fine jewelry made from powerful gemstones.

Her collection, called The Airelume by Taryn Toomey, has countless different pieces. Having a fashion background certainly suited her well, since each item is gorgeous and super unique. You can also see her beauty and skincare products.

If you’re into experimenting a bit of everything and you’re pretty open minded, you might try and take a step further and…bolder. How about trying a Yoga technique called Bold & Naked?

And, for organized corporate or private group experiences, let us know what you need and we’ll tell you how we can help.

“The Back Room is speakeasy that takes you back to “old New York.” Once you get past walking underground and through a tunnel you will find this hidden gem. Perfect for a late night drink or a get together with friends. My favorite touch is that all of the drinks are served in teacups!”

Located in the Lower East Side of Manhattan, this speakeasy is certainly a secret spot we love. It’s known to be one of the only two speakeasies in New York City that actually operated during Prohibition Era, in the 1920’s, and is still in existence today.

You’re wondering “Why teacups?” Well, back in the Prohibition Era, that was how alcohol was served, so no one suspected and people could enjoy their drinks.

Monday’s are known to host great live Jazz music, while during weekends, they bring in DJs to entertain the night.

“Champs Diner is off the beaten path in Brooklyn, but if you make the trek you will get some of the best Vegan comfort food ever! My faves: The Cubano, The Soltero Bowl, and the Girl Scout Milkshake.”

Oh! We l-o-v-e this place. It’s located at the very tip of East Williamsburg, and it’s always pretty packed. They definitely serve some of the best and tastiest vegan American comfort food in New York, hence the huge success.

We recommend not arriving there too hungry, since the waiting time can be crazy.

Tips By One Of The Top Hair Experts In NY, Rogerio Cavalcante

Shop Specialties Oribe Rodrigo Cavalcante

Taking care of your hair in a city like New York can be a challenge in many ways. One of the top hair experts in NY, Rogerio Cavalcante, shared with us some great tips about the products he’s been using!

Shop Specialties Oribe Rodrigo Cavalcante

The weather in New York City can go to extreme temperatures in the summer with long, humid days, and in the winter with the dry freezing air.

We all that taking care and keeping our hair healthy and strong can be quite hard.

So, we asked our friend and one of the top hair experts in NY, Rogerio Cavalcante to give us the secret to the perfect hair.

He told us everything about a fantastic brand called Oribe and pointed out his favorite picks.

Besides being dermatologist-tested, all products are formulated without parabens, sulfates or sodium chloride. It is color and keratin treatment safe. And still, it has UV protection for hair. The best? It’s vegan, cruelty-free and gluten-free.

We simply love it! Take a look below!

To start, a bit about the brand:

Oribe was founded by the Cuban-born American hairstylist, Oribe Canales. He’s very well-known for having worked with the biggest top models like Cindy Crawford and Linda Evangelista. Moreover, he’s been the artist behind several Fashion Week high-end brands, like Chanel and Thierry Mugler.

They have a vast line of products for different hair and treatments, so you’ll definitely find the right one for you.

Collections are:

  • Gold Lust
  • Beautiful Color
  • Signature
  • Magnificent Volume
  • Brilliance & Shine
  • Moisture & Control
  • Bright Blonde

Rogerio’s top picks:

Today, a hair treatment starts before washing the hair, while in the recent past, you’d apply an intensive care mask after showering, remember? This pre-shampoo called Gold Lust Pre-Shampoo Intensive Treatment is a miracle worker.

Description: Bring damaged locks back to life. This rejuvenating pre-shampoo treatment balm melts into hair, deeply moisturizing and repairing while protecting against harsh aggressors such as washing, styling and pollution. Softness, shine and strength are restored.

Shop Specialties Oribe Rodrigo Cavalcante Gold Lust

Benefits:

  • Protects hair from damage and moisture loss
  • Intensely hydrates and nourishes dry strands
  • Repairs existing damage while reducing future breakage and split ends
  • Revitalizes softness, shine, strength and elasticity
  • Restores moisture balance without weighing hair down
  • Helps to protect against free-radical and environmental damage

From the same Collection, called Gold Lust, he also recommends the Shampoo, Conditioner and Texturizing Spray. The Texturizing Spray to use after a day at the beach and swimming in the ocean, will be sure to restore your hair.

Now, if you’re looking for some amazing volume that leaves your hair light and natural, you can try the Volumista Mist Spray.

Or, you can try the Swept Up Volume Powder. It gives the hair volume and nice body. Just be careful not to use it all the time, since it leaves a bit of residue on the scalp. Use it for special occasions!

One of the coolest and most unique products, that definitely come in handy is the Airbrush. You use it to cover the small unwanted white hairs that shows up. They have it for all different hair colors.

For the very hot and humid NY summer days, you can try the Impermeable Anti-Humidity Spray. This spray will certainly keep your hair fresh and “in control”! Be sure to spray it arm distance away.

Two of the unique products are the Shampoo and Conditioner in a can, instead of in a plastic recipient. The texture some out like a kind of mousse and the perfume is very good.

The Bald d’Or Heat Styling Shield is great to protect the hair before blow drying it or using any type of curlers! Benefits are countless, like:

  • Shields fragile strands from thermal damage
  • Leaves hair looking ultra-sleek and shiny
  • Fights frizz, flyaways and wiry greys
  • Makes hair easier to style and manage
  • Age-defying formula restores hair’s strength and density

And still, the Gold Hair Nourishing Oil is a great one to have in handy. As they explain:

“This luxuriously light oil absorbs instantly to restore hair to its prime. Infused with a rich blend of jasmine, edelweiss flower, lychee, sandalwood, cassis, bergamot and argan extracts, each protective drop penetrates the hair to deeply condition, strengthen and smooth—imparting intense nourishment and incredible shine. Works wonders on dry, damaged and color-treated hair…Liquid gold.”

If you have curly hair, you might want to try out the Surfcomber Tousled Texture Mousse. Once again, their description is just perfect:

“Sexy, surfed-in hair is no longer the domain of beachgoers in their tropical climes. Texturize your locks with this hydrating mousse that creates perfectly imperfect separation for that effortlessly tousled look.”

Lastly, they have some super great Kits. Check out their Holiday Travel Essentials Bag and the Holiday Gold Lust Collection.

Shop Specialties Oribe Rodrigo Cavalcante R And Co

In addition, besides Oribe – that is certainly one of Rogerio’s current favorite brands – he also recommends everyone to check out a brand called R+Co.

About R+Co:

“R+Co is a collective of some of the most forward-thinking, rule-bending hairstylists in the business. We are a think tank of top editorial and salon stylists and educators—with a combined century of hairdressing knowledge and experience—and we make sure that we have more than one viewpoint on everything we do.”

…and coolest part:

“Everything is formulated without parabens, sulfates (SLS or SLES), mineral oil and petrolatum. They are all vegetarian, cruelty-free, gluten-free and color-safe.”

Now, you can prepare yourself to face NYC’s harsh approaching winter, and keep in mind what to buy for the next summer!

Happy shopping!

You can find Rogerio, one of the top hair experts in NY at Maria Bonita Salon & Spa, in SoHo!

After moving back from Berlin to New York, Michelle Keinan and Dan founded the City Wellness Collective. Dan is her partner is love, life and business.

The space is dedicated to you if you’re in search of the best healing and rejuvenation techniques or simply looking for peace. It’s also a place to check out, if you are a healer and need a beautiful space for your clients.

She found out that, like herself, other people were feeling isolated as solopreneurs. They were in profound need for community and support in this overwhelming (but amazing) city.

Michelle and Dan partnered up with Maria Lomanto, a design visionary that helped create the perfect space for healers and ideal for clients. We do need to confess, the space is fantastic. Just by walking in, you can already sense the soothing energy inside it!

So, if you are looking for healing, or peace and relaxation, their professional are certainly part of the top healers in NY. They offer a wide range of practices and modalities, based on your personal need and goals!

You can expect everything from acupuncture, advance biostructural correction, reiki, color puncture, integrative nutrition, somatic healing and massage. And still, women’s health and fertility, holistic facials, crystal healing, sound baths, breath work, intuitive guidance, Qi Gong and so much more!

The list is endless!

If you are a healer, be prepared for a great opportunity to learn, work and heal together.

Their network helps you find new clients and provides the tools you need to make the collective a sanctuary for your business.

Oh! Don’t forget to check out their event’s page! There are great workshop, healing sessions, talks, etc, through out the month.

We are positive you will find what you’ve been looking for!

To learn an apparently simple, but very powerful meditation, you might want to try out the Twin Heart Meditation by Grande Master Choa Kok Sui.

The restaurant was launched in 1995, in Flushing, Queens.

And, in no time, it became a hot spot for soup dumplings and crab pork meat!

Can life get better that this?

We don’t think so. Ha!

“For a quick afternoon getaway, hop in the car and head up to Fishkill Farms, in the Hudson Valley. Depending on the time of year, there are plenty of fruits and vegetables to pick. Apple season is my favorite and their organic varieties are out of this world.”

Carly has been to Fishkill Farms several times – notice the different seasons in the pictures.

It’s a third generation Hudson Valley farm with ecologically-grown fruits and vegetables, with over 100 years!

The farm store and pick-your-own are open from 9am-6pm.

Location: 9 Fishkill Farm Road, Hopewell Junction, NY

Here are a few other fun questions we asked Carly:

What does NYC mean to you?
“It sounds cliche, but I think NYC really does mean opportunity. Not only do you have the chance to make it in almost any career you could possibly imagine, but there are also so many opportunities for experiences. No matter what time it is, or what day it is, or what neighborhood you’re in, there’s something interesting and exciting going on.”

What will a New Yorker never tell someone?
“If you’re in a pinch and need to use a restroom, skip the $5 Starbucks coffee toll and pop into a hotel lobby instead. They’re generally easy to locate and super clean.”

What piece of advice would you give someone that just moved to NYC?
“Get an unlimited MetroCard and commit to exploring different neighborhoods. I like to pick a restaurant or park in a spot I’ve never been to and then do some exploring before and after my visit.”

Take a look at her website to follow her work and find her on her Social Media Channels!

We began blogging in late 2012 on our website Club Fashionista and that quickly grew into our own brand Amra & Elma, which now is the only influencer lead digital marketing agency. With our own 2.3M following and a network of over 300,000 consumer influencers, we specialize in making brands explode in the digital space.

Curiosities Insider Interviews Amra and Elma Elma Beganovich

Elma Beganovich

“When my career in law seemed to spiral into a rut and started looking like a dead-end job, I took a leap of faith (in myself mostly) and joined my sister Amra, who was working on her blog and digging deep in the social media and digital space.

Blogging soon grew into our careers as digital influencers, which then turned into our own namesake brand Amra & Elma – the only influencer founded digital media agency. We focus on social media and digital influencer marketing. We are proud of our own 2.3M following on social, and boast a network of over 300,000 consumer influencers, many of whom are our personal friends and colleagues.

“The Frick Collection is like a little oasis secluded from the business of Manhattan with its marvelous art and majestic garden spaces and sculptures. I would suggest going here to catch a break and for a little time travel into the early 1900s.”

We all know that New York City hosts some of the richest and most important museums in the world!

In addition, we know that it’s always tempting to visit all of them when you’re visiting the city. That is, if you’re interested in art, of course.

The Frick Collection is surely one of these great spots.

And, it showcases one of the most important collections of Western fine art today.

Curiosities Insider Interviews Amra and Elma Ralph Lauren Cafe by Habituallychic
Photo Credit: Courtesy of Habitually Chic
UNFORTUNATELY THIS COFFEE SHOP IS PERMANENTLY CLOSED!

“This is one of our favorite spots during NYFW as influencers all across the world gather here between shows to sip on their favorite coffee and tasty (and healthy) treats. The café is tucked away on the second floor of the store allowing one to catch a break during a busy day.”

We all know about the massive Ralph Lauren flagship store located in the heart of 5th Avenue.

But, not many people know about a tiny coffee shop inside it. It’s certainly a great space to escape the Manhattan chaos!

Their coffee ‘is certified organic, ethically and sustainably sourced’, which does make all the difference!

Location: 711 Fifth Avenue, 2nd Floor, Midtown

The West Village is surely one of the top 3 restaurants we most love in Manhattan. We are always around that area exploring new spots or just roaming around the beautiful streets.

It’s predominately a residential neighborhood, but the small shops, coffees and restaurants give it a lively vibe!

We love what the guys at The West Village Life doing to share the neighborhood’s beauty – picture are all theirs.

Location: Bleecker Street, West Village

To wrap up,  we asked them two fun questions:

What does NYC mean to both of you?
“I believe New York City means opportunity. Opportunity to feed off of the bustling energy and to learn from some of the most talented people in the world. It is a city where trends are started and dreams made. At the same time, one must stay weary and escape now and then and to catch a piece of mind and put it all into a perspective.

I think it is important to stay grounded and humbled. And, not to let so many of the temptations this city has to offer distract and interfere with one’s core values. Whatever the end-goal – why you came to this city – don’t even forget to take one day per week to yourself. And, just let loose and have fun.”

What would you girls tell a 1st timer in NY?
“I would share with a 1st timer in New York to take it all one step at a time. Also, to be more observant in order to learn rather than dive readily into action.

Also, I would tell him/her to enjoy the variety the city has to offer. From different districts to spectacular sites, like the views from the top of the Rockefeller Center and the Metropolitan Museum of Arts.

Finally, as mentioned above, don’t forget to go away now and then to catch your breath. Plus, let it all sink in to gain a better perspective on life and to prosper personally and in your career.”

Thank you Amra and Elma for being part of our Insider Interviews and sharing your favorite spots in NY!

We have to confess that we’re pretty picky when it comes to beauty products and specially services. A good product can be copied, but a good service is very hard to replicate.

Maria Bonita Spa & Salon was founded in 2003 by Fernanda Lacerda. It has been considered the to-go-salon in Soho for all the Brazilian beauties that live or come to New York City.

The other day we experimented a few services we were curious about and after the fantastic results, decided to share it with you.

We started with a fabulous Gold & Diamond Facial that lasted over 1 hour.  We were “taken to heaven” and brought back. This treatment is used to “treat light scarring, discoloration, sun damage and stretch marks. It helps to thicken your collagen, reducing fine lines and wrinkles, which result in younger looking complexion.”  Virginia de Oliveira was the expert facialist behind the technique.

After the facial, we had a manicure. It’s hard to explain how different Brazilian professional do manicure services, versus the NY spots we’ve been to.

Believe us, it’s as perfect at is can get, and it definitely lasts much longer.

Last, but surely not least, we finished with a blow out. This, again, was amazing!

We haven’t tried the Wax, but we’ve heard miracles about it by friends and powerful women we know. So, if you’re looking for a waxing spot, there is surely nothing like the Brazilian Wax.

To wrap up we do have to say that, different from the NYC style, Brazilian spots allow you to take your time and relax. Nothing is rushed, so every moment is fully indulged.

All professionals were fantastic, super caring and hot hearted – like every Brazilian we know!

Finally, to see what other talented and young Brazilians are up to in New York City, you’ll love this post.

We’ve worked with many people visiting NYC and corporate groups coming into the city, searching for leisure activities.

Let us know how we can help you or your company!

Brooklyn Flea

Curiosities Insider Interviews Jenna Rice Brooklyn Flea

“Brooklyn Flea is basically the cooler younger sister to Chelsea Market. There’s something for everyone, from vintage rings and designer bags to viney plants and eclectic home decor. Not to mention, they have some of the most popular food vendors from Smorgasburg minus the lines.”

We love Brooklyn! We’re Brooklyn-based and even though the Brooklyn Flea can get a bit touristy, we still love it!

In addition, you’ll find 75 vendors with everything from clothes and accessories, to furniture and jewelry, plus 25 food vendors with the most delicious dishes.

During the winter they have only one location and it happens during the weekends: Saturday + Sunday from 10am – 6pm – called Winter Flea + Smorgasburg.

Location: 1 Hanson Place, Fort Greene

Mile High Run Club

Curiosities Insider Interviews Jenna Rice Mil High Run Club

“Mile High Run Club is probably my favorite place to break a sweat in the City. It’s essentially a treadmill class with dimmed lighting, bumpin’ music and strobe lights…with a coach cheering you on through a series of intervals and hills. I recommend Dash 28 because it finishes with strength training utilizing kettle bells and core exercises.”

Do you like “the burn”? I mean, REALLY like it? Well, if your immediate answer was “YES!”, then this is the place for you!

Mile High Run Club’s running program is uniquely designed to challenge your body and get the best results you’d ever imagine. Go to one of their 2 locations to try it out.

Heyday

Curiosities Insider Interviews Jenna Rice Heyday

“Heyday is easily one of my best NYC finds. My skin went nuts when I moved to the City in the heart of winter from Florida, and this place introduced me to several natural products that I now swear by.”

The weather in NYC can be pretty crazy and will test your skin to the limit!

And, summer can be burning hot, hot, hot, while the winter can be pretty damn harsh where we feel our skin will rip with the cold.

Yeah, we know, it sounds terrible, right?

Well, we are IN NEW YORK CITY of obviously that helps make it easier to accept, LOL.

HeyDay is a great place to go if you’re looking for the perfect facial, with a good price, at the time that’ll suit you best. Carly Heitlinger also loves it!

Harriman State Park

Curiosities Insider Interviews Jenna Rice Harriman State Park Kanawauke by Mwanner

“For those who need a breather from the City, Harriman State Park is your sanctuary. It’s just a quick train ride from the city and much less crowded than some of the other hiking spots like Breakneck and Bear Mountain.”

Harriman State Park is located in Rockland and Orange Counties, Upstate NY – a little over 1h drive from Manhattan. The drive is actually a very quick and surely a gorgeous car ride up there.

They have almost 52,000 acres of mostly forested landscape and over 23miles of hiking trails.

So, what are you waiting for? Go grab (or rent here) a car, and have fun!

And, more about them:

At 47,527 acres (192.33 km2), Harriman State Park is the second largest state park in New York. Located in Rockland and Orange counties 30 miles (48 km) north of New York City, it is a haven for hikers with over 200 miles (320 km) of hiking trails. The park is also known for its 31 lakes, multiple streams, public camping area, and great vistas.”

“The Jane is easily my favorite spot to go out in the City. It basically feels like you’re at a mansion party where your favorite songs are always playing and dancing on the furniture is encouraged. Every time I have a friend visiting, I take them there and they’re never disappointed.”

Yup! It’s one of our favorite spots too!

The Jane Hotel, is located in the West Village and is certainly a destination for the cool NYC crowd.

In addition, the hotel was launched in 1908 and has rooms that replicate luxury ship and train cabins. On the other hand, rooms are pretty small, but come on, “Who” comes to NYC to stay in the room, right!?

Rockwood Music Hall

Curiosities Insider Interviews Jenna Rice Rockwood Music Hall

“For an intimate live music experience, hit up Rockwood Music Hall. A friend introduced me to this venue and it was everything I could’ve hoped for. While there are shows that require cover, there is a smaller room to the left of the main entrance that is free of charge.”

Rockwood Music Hall is known for having hosted performances of great artists like Lady Gaga, Gary Billie Joe Armstrong of Green Day and Mumford & Sons.

It’s one our favorite spots to have a cool night out and listen to some of the best emerging NYC bands and musicians.

Plus, musicians from other nationalities are a big hit too, like Aline Muniz and André Vasconcellos.

They have 3 stages, full bars for all tastes, drinks aren’t so pricey, like expected in Manhattan. We love it, and we are there quite a lot!

Original Buddha Bodai is an incredible vegetarian spot in Chinatown. The food is delicious (you can’t even tell there’s no meat) and the atmosphere is so authentic. I highly recommend the sesame “chicken”.”

OMG! When our Founder, Fê Paronetto, went with a very good friend to Buddha Bodai, she became c-o-m-p-l-e-t-e-l-y addicted to it!

She’s vegetarian, but loves Vegan food too, and she couldn’t believe how amazingly tasty everything was!

The dumplings are to-die-for, but everything is remarkably good! But, it’s actually hard to know what exactly to order, so you might just have to go there multiple times to try it all.

“One of my favorite things to do on the weekend is pop into galleries in the LES and Chelsea. It’s a great alternative to hitting up a crowded museum, plus they’re completely free to enjoy: David Zwirner, Paul Kasmin, and Richard Taittinger are a few of my go-tos.”

David Zwirner

David Zwirner is one of the top contemporary art galleries, with another location overseas, in Mayfair, London. They currently have 2 great exhibitions: “Yun Hyong-keun” up through February 18th and “Drawn Together”, up through February 18th.

“The David Zwirner gallery is pleased to present an exhibition of large-scale paintings by Yun Hyong-keun (1928-2007) from the mid-1970s through the 1980s. The exhibition includes an unprecedented selection of paintings in the artist’s unique style of monochromatic abstraction, several of which are shown here for the first time. The exhibition marks the largest solo presentation of Yun’s work in North America to date.” ~ Read more here.

David Zwirner is pleased to present the gallery’s first exhibition of the collaborative work of Aline Kominsky-Crumb and R. Crumb. Both pioneers of underground and alternative comics, Kominsky-Crumb and Crumb have created a groundbreaking portrait of their shared lives and creative collaborations over the past four decades. In their ongoing “Aline & Bob” comics, the two artists have rendered their innermost thoughts, fears, and fantasies alongside the day-to-day realities of family life in the twentieth and twenty-first centuries, each in their own distinctive style.” ~ Read more here.

Paul Kasmin Gallery

Paul Kasmin Gallery works and supports influential Modern and Contemporary artists. They are showcasing two exhibitions: NATURALIA” up through March 4th and “WILLIAM N. COPLEY: WOMEN”, up through March 25th.

Paul Kasmin Gallery and Sotheby’s Old Masters Department will present their first collaborative exhibition, Naturalia, curated by Danny Moynihan. The show will be comprised of works spanning six centuries which share a fundamental focus on the examination of natural science and its myriad presentations in art.” ~ Read more here.

COPLEY: WOMEN unites a selection of paintings that highlight the late artist’s preoccupation with the opposite sex, which he employed as an endless source for inventive figurative and narrative paintings that explored eroticism, sexual politics and the pursuit of pleasure. Originally defying painterly trends of the 1950s by making personal and narrative works, the self-taught artist developed a radical fusion of European Surrealist vernacular and a rogue, humorous American sensibility. Sex, eroticism and cultural critique were mainstays in Copley’s oeuvre of paintings that embraced idiosyncratic figuration, candy-colored palettes and Matisse-like decorative patterning.” ~ Read more here.

Richard Taittinger Gallery

Richard Taittinger Gallery works in Presenting works by contemporary artists with significant global recognition. Stop by their gallery, in the Lower East Side, to see their current exhibition: “The Wsanderers: Contemporary Painting From CLUJ”. It will be on through February 19th.

For this exhibition, the curator has endeavored to make visible that, beyond the ascribed label of the Cluj School by way of international media, there is much more to be explored when considering this group of artists. Therefore, this multigenerational exhibition tracks a shared dialogue between masters and students in order to define certain Romanian traditions. Traditions, that has within the last decade, projected the painters of Cluj-Napoca, into the limelight, astounding the international art world.” ~ Read more here.

Lastly, to wrap up this great interview and a beautiful selection of hot spots in New York, we asked Jenna:

What does NYC mean to you?

“I could honestly answer this question so many ways, but I think NYC means being able to wake up each morning with every possibility in the world at your feet.

There is always something to do, someone to meet, something to see. To me, personally, it means perseverance. The people who live here are tough. For the most part, we all struggled in some way to get here, and continue to struggle now that we’re here. But somehow, it’s all worth it.

There’s no place in the world that can offer up this kind of experience to a person.”

Thank you Jenna for being part of our Insider Interviews and sharing these 10 great NYC tips.
