Located between Prince and Spring Street, Pearl and Ash is known for it’s mix of luxury and simplicity (food wise and decor wise) and definitely their love for wine!

Well, the a-m-a-z-i-n-g wine list was put together by Patrick Cappiello and their dishes, by Chef Richard Kuo, are make for sharing.
We’re surely the type that loves tasting everything on the menu, so this is our type of restaurant – yes, yes…not forgetting to pair the tasty dishes with the wine, please!
A few you should try are: hanger tartare with egg, cocoa and melba, the octopus with sunflower seed and shiso is special, the cod, the quail, the mussels…well, they are all quite something!
This looks great! I must make a stop.
