Hey guys, we are very excited to tell everyone about a recent skiing adventure, in Vail! We had an exclusive behind the scenes experience uncovering this incredible destination!
We were invited by Vail Mountain and Vail Brasil for an exclusive 5-day Behind the Scenes experience in the beautiful town of Vail in Colorado.
This was an amazing corporate project we organized in partnership with Azzi & Co – a PR agency based in New York City.
The group explored the town, #UnCovered its secrets, had fun skiing – and falling a lot, ate at the best restaurants and had a few sport adventures high up in the mountains!
The group had renowned Influencers from the U.S. and Brazil. We do hope you enjoy our post and pictures!
Oh! We before heading to Vail, we had a 2 day pitstop uncovering Denver, where we will also posted about what we discovered. Then, we had a beautiful drive up to our ski destination.
Game Creek Restaurant
Having dinner 10,300 feet up in mountain!!!
So, the supreme restaurant in Vail, the Game Creek Restaurant, is not actually down in the valley, but high up in the mountains!
The experience started off by getting a gondola and going up, up, up in the mountains, with an amazing night view of the valley and a moon light…hard to describe, illuminating the beautiful lined up trees while we flew through them…
Then we jumped into one of those huge snowcats that cruise through the mountains like wild animals in their natural habitat! So cool!
The restaurant is an European style chalet, with a cozy ambience, great wine list and fabulous food! I had the heirloom tomatoes, the best butternut squash I have ever eaten, ratatouille and for desert the pear sticky toffee pudding, all paired with a perfect choice of red wine!!!
The experience is not half as fun, without mentioning extremely exclusive, as actually doing it in real life!
The Game Creek Restaurant is open from 6 – 8:30pm to the public for dinner, after that, only members are allowed in!
Hours:
Winter: Tuesday – Saturday: 5:30pm – 9pm
Summer: Thursday – Saturday: 5:30pm – 8:30pm | Sunday: Brunch 11am – 2pm
*Reservations are required!*

The Sebastian Hotel
This was our amazing 5 star boutique hotel in Vail!!!
This couldn’t be more more perfect and in sync with our concept of #uncovering secret, unique spots.
The Sebastian Hotel is, with out a doubt, Vail’s hippest 5 star boutique hotel. It has fascinating amenities like: 4 steaming hot tubs, a mountain-view pool, a full service spa, a great fitness center for the fitness addicts, steam rooms, the Leonora Restaurant and the Frost Bar. Plus, you’ll find beautiful art collections spread throughout the hotel that does give the décor an interesting twist!
The room have a beautiful ski lodge charm, with Nespresso machine (yes, we are addicted to Nespresso!), fluffy robes and slipper, dried fruits and nuts which are great for the healthy ones, like us.
We had a delicious dinner at the Leonora Restaurant during the week. We ordered practically one of each appetizer in the menu, since we were in a brig group. It was perfect to try a little bit of them all. The risotto was very tasty and one of the several highlights was their signature hot chocolate drink. They pour hot chocolate on top of a big chocolate truffle ball. After it melts, it pops open and marshmallows start running from the inside! I was speechless…
We couldn’t be happier with the hotel, all the amenities and the special treatment given to all guests!

The Bling-Blings
Part of our group consisted of 3 beautiful renowned Brazilian Influencers that definitely made the week super special with their contagious energy.
They were: Carolina Tognon, Nicole Pinheiro and Marilia Queiroz. Super sweet, high energy, easy going, extremely funny and very loving girls! Definitely a great addition to our group of friends!
Their energy was so addictive and sparkling that we all kindly named them “The Bling Blings”. It was also because they were always looking so glamorous, 24/7.
Three Brazilian beauties we are now happy to call, our Friends!
The 10th Restaurant
The 10th Restaurant, located at one of the mountain tops, is a great pit stop for lunch, specially if you’re not finished with your skiing day. You just walk in the restaurant, eat great food, then hop back onto the mountains.
Every dish was delicious! Start by ordering the the truffled french fries. Trust us! They were one of the best we’ve ever tasted! We were a group of around 12 that day and we must have ordered around 15 french fried entrées.
The main dishes were also delicious, from the salad options to the fish and dessert. We also ordered some red wine that definitely heated us up before we dove back into skiing!
Another very good option for lunch, après, or a post-Adventure Ridge appetite, is Bistro Fourteen. They offer a casual, sit-down dining with a full bar at the top of the Eagle Bahn Gondola (#19).
Snowmobile and Snowtubing
If you’re into radical sports, as we are, you definitely need to try these two experiences. It was an amazing part of this skiing adventure!
The Snowmobile ride was surely the highlight of this behind the scenes experience! We each got a these huge, gorgeous snowmobiles and whisked up into the mountains. We drove all the way up, only stopping after reaching the highest point, at 12,500 feet. Beautiful, but tremendously cold, so go prepared!
Now, we also had an extraordinary time during the Snowtubing day! We can’t deny that everyone was quite anxious before heading up, since the slide was pretty steep and high. We screamed our lungs out during the whole slide down, but went up a total of 3 times.
Yes, we were having more fun than the kids! Ha!
Sonnenalp Hotel
We had amazing breakfasts at all the hotels we visited, but one that was really memorable was at the Sonnenalp Hotel.
Their daily breakfast offers a full menu as well as a savory exquisite hot and cold buffet, with a large selection of traditional pastries.
We literally got lost with so many fantastic options and tried to get a little bit of several options to try! The blinis were one of the highlights!
The service is exceptional and the restaurant’s décor gives that cozy mountain vibe.

Four Seasons Hotel
Vail also houses a very luxurious Four Seasons Hotel.
Everything there is obviously perfect, from the huge rooms, to their amazing spa with hot water pools, plus the outdoor hot water pool left us in awe.
The Remedy Bar is a great option for appetizers and wine before heading to dinner at the restaurant Flame. It’s outdoor fireplace area is fantastic and really keep you warm.
The entire Four Seasons experience is very exclusive and high end for the most demanding guests.

Bōl Vail
To celebrate a perfect week, with countless unique and priceless experiences, we wrapped up with a great dinner and a bowling tournament at Bōl.
The place is great to go for dinner. They have a full bar where you can order any time of drink you’d like to start the night with. All dishes are great and they have options for every taste. Many are made for sharing, this way, you’ll be able to try a couple different options!
After dinner, head to the back, and have fun at one of their 10 fantastic bowling lanes! The place also had a DJ that will make the night memorable!
Hours:
Monday-Thursday: 4pm – Close
Location: 141 East Meadow Drive, Suite 113
But…the week wasn’t over! We got stuck in Vail, due to huge snowstorm that canceled all the flights leaving from Eagle and Denver.
We were definitely not sad about that, since we’d have a bit more time to enjoy this great town!
Solaris Residences
We spent the night at one of the penthouses at Solaris Vail Residences. Actually, the storm was pretty bad, so we had an entire day at “home” working.
If you are the type of person that likes to experiment other accommodation option instead of hotels, Solaris is a great one. They offer breathtaking apartments that comes with all hotel amenities and services.
You can book them for short term stays, long term and even buy your own unit.
Location: 141 East Meadow Drive, Suite 1000
Vintage Vail
A unique french-style brasserie in Vail!!! We had a delicious brunch today at Vintage Vail.
The french inspired restaurant is located just across the Four Seasons Hotel, and steps away from the Sebastian Hotel.
Vintage has huge windows and the natural light is definitely one of the highlights of the place. It was snowy day, so it was beautiful to have brunch beside a window and watch the snow fall.
We had one of their prime dishes, the Swiss Forest Galette – one egg in a puff pastry with woodland mushrooms, caramelized onions, gruyere cheese & white truffle oil, mixed green salad with walnuts and figs! Delicious right?
We also tried the Veggie Smashbrown Benedict with 2 poached eggs, sautéed spinach, woodland mushrooms, hollandaise sauce on vegetarian Smashbrowns – it’s served with toasted baguette! Yum!
Hours:
Brunch: 8:30am – 2pm (daily)
Dinner: Wednesday – Sunday: 5pm- 9pm
