Ride for A Change With Cyc Fitness

We are huge fans of cycling and spinning classes! So, here is another great tip for the sport fans out there. But, this time, it’s For a Cause. Cyc Fitness presents Ride For A Change.

Cyc Fitness has a great method to move your entire body! It’s a fantastic work out that will make everything burn!

“Cyc offers an exhilarating, beat-based, 45 minute ride that activates the whole body, the whole time. Weights are incorporated into sectors inspired by more than 20 different sport movements such as boxing, volleyball and swimming.”

It’s definitely something beyond biking!

Moreover, they have an amazing charity program which they emphasize for you to “Ride for Change”.

So, for every mile you ride, they donate a portion to The Challenged Athletes Foundation.

They also hold private charity rides and pop-up ‘Cyc-ling’ rides – like one that happened at the Gramercy Park Hotel’s Roof Top ride!

There is nothing like doing something good for you and your body and knowing you are also helping others!

Couldn’t be more perfect, right?

UNFORTUNATELY THIS PROJECT IS NOT ON-GOING.

In addition, take a look at their different Cyc Experiences:

Cyc45

Clip into our signature 45-minute beat-based ride. Calorie burning endurance intervals are combined with weighted sectors for a unique, and transformational workout.

CycLift

Turn up the resistance, fire up your core, and grab your weights. This is our signature Cyc45 ride with additional weighted sectors. They sculpt your upper body, build your strength, and take you to the next level.

CycLean

Take the “weight” off your shoulders and transform your stress into sweat. Raise your stamina in this 45-minute, weight-free ride. Hills, jogs, jumps and the perfect balance of resistance will free your mind and keep your body lean.
