Natalie was born in Dallas Texas and her contact with music started even before being born.

She was named after Natalie Cole by her father – the son of a retired Air Force pilot and music minister.

She told us that: “My musical influences stem back to my love for the dramatique and the singular, unmistakable voices of the classic female vocalists of the 1940s.”

Moreover, Belmont University in Nashville, TN was where she studied Music Business and started to refine and create her own identity.

Her inspirations come from big names like Ella Fitzgerald, Nina Simone and Sarah Vaughan.

Not only was she passionate about the art of singing, but songwriting quickly grew in her and her love for lyricism emerged. read more!

Located in the neighborhood of Williamsburg, the House of Collection is owned by Paige Stevenson. The place is a 2,000 sqft apartment “loft” they actually live in, since 1989.

The place is also the home of a huge variety of pretty eccentric objects that Paige collected throughout her life.

As a young girl, and living a “nomadic life”, she spent every couple of years in different places. From goat farms to tepees, and collected a quite interesting collection of objects.

She chose every object carefully and picked the ones that called her attention the most, even if, for most people, it all just seamed like garbage.

The creatively built and decorated loft, gives visitors an urban vibe, with a nature twist. What do we mean? Paige has built in a beautiful garden kinda integrated to the living room, right beside the kitchen – that is also a highlight! Well, it’s hard to know what “not” to highlight there.

They host intimate gatherings, live music nights and other special, carefully curated events for a niche crowd. Definitely up our alley!
