We’ve written about chef Shuchi from 29. Private Kitchen and how she’s influencing NYC’s food scene.
The day we met her, was during a super exclusive and fantastic experience called “Dinner Under the Bridge“. We met at Jane’s Carrousel, and headed to a gorgeous private table at the waterfront at sunset. Dinner started, while the entire Manhattan skyline lit up. Breathtaking!

“Come join Chef Shuchi’s table at a unique underground cafe for the popup of a lifetime!
This cafe is located in a Subway corridor (yes!) and they have exclusive access for the evening (+ bragging rights forever after!).
And, if that’s not tempting enough, she will be serving a selection of her signature Indian-inspired small plates & tapas. Mostly veggies with some chicken or fish.
All this and plenty of great conversation makes this is a must-do night out in May. Be there, or…be there! And, witness a unique, Indian-inspired Tapas secret party.”
