Pre-Sales Have Started! We have been to a few NYC Rosé parties, but this one is definitely a highlight. Pinknic is back again and we’re ready to party at Governors Island.
New York City has some of the best events in the world, year-round. Regardless of the season, you are able to find parties going on practically on a daily basis. But, we do have to agree that when spring and summer comes, New York City transforms into an even more amazing city!
Everyone is out on the streets, outdoor events are endless, people are definitely happier and the FOMO (Fear Of Missing Out), is back in action.
We’ve attended a few rosé inspired events in New York City, but when we went to Pinknic’s first NYC edition, we were in awe.
The event was flawlessly organized, the rosé labels were infinite, guests were having fun, food was delicious and the music, just right for a great evening!
This year, they are back again and will have their 2nd Pinknic gathering at Governors Island.
Here is what they say:
“Following the runaway success of Pinknic’s 2016 debut, New York City’s largest rosé picnic and music festival returns to Governors Island this June for a two-day summer fête.
Like their inaugural party, 2017’s Pinknic is going to be full to the brim with delectable food, lively entertainment, and, of course, bottles of rosé wine, rosé champagne and frosé cocktails!
This year, they’ve pulled out all the stops. In addition to custom-crafted Pinknic Baskets, celebrity chef Chris Santos will also be helping curate a food court.
Guests can watch the festivities from above on our Pinknic Ferris Wheel. Les Cabines ticket holders are invited to lounge and relax by their very own private cabana and cool off in their pool!
There will be live performances from bands and DJs throughout the weekend, as well as gravity-defying acrobats, stilt walkers, jugglers, and more.
Six thousand guests are expected each day, all dressed summer chic in pink and white. Seated on their rosé-colored Pinknic Blankets, attendees will help transform Governors Island into a sea of pink. Plus, see the Statue of Liberty and Manhattan skyline offering the perfect backdrop for this much-anticipated affair.
Pinknic is quickly becoming a New York City summer tradition.”
So, if your enjoy these gorgeous, upscale events, this is the place for you! Hope to see you all there this year!
Tickets on sale through their website.
Governors Island also hosts other events during the year like Governors Ball and the Jazz Age Lawn Party. Check them out and let’s party at Governors Island!
